What We Deliver

Our Advisory Services

Performance Reporting Design

We design performance reports that measure what matters — absolute and relative returns, attribution by asset class and manager, risk-adjusted metrics and comparison to benchmark — presented clearly for governance use.

Risk Exposure Reporting

Consolidated risk reporting across the portfolio — concentration by asset, sector, geography and counterparty — updated at defined intervals with clear visual presentation for oversight bodies.

Mandate Compliance Monitoring

Regular compliance reviews against mandate parameters — allocation ranges, concentration limits, permitted instruments — with breach identification, materiality assessment and escalation protocols.

Board Pack Design

Investment committee and board reporting packs — structured to provide the right level of detail for governance oversight, with executive summaries, action items and decision-ready information.

Attribution Analysis

Performance attribution by asset class, manager and factor — identifying where value is being added or lost and by whom, providing the evidence base for manager review decisions.

Consolidated Multi-Manager Reporting

For portfolios managed by multiple external managers, we design consolidated reporting that aggregates across all managers — providing a whole-portfolio view that no single manager can provide.

Our Approach

Built for Real Outcomes

Most investment oversight fails not because of bad decisions, but because of poor information. If your reporting doesn't show you clearly what's happening, where risk is concentrating and how performance is attributing — you're making decisions in the dark.

We design reporting frameworks that illuminate rather than obscure, and that give governance bodies the information they need to fulfil their oversight responsibilities.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

At minimum: total portfolio return vs benchmark, attribution by asset class and manager, risk metrics (volatility, drawdown, concentration), mandate compliance status, and any material events or changes.
Each manager provides their data in a defined format. We design the data collection template and consolidation methodology, producing a single whole-portfolio view that no individual manager can provide.
Reporting should be tiered — detailed manager-level data for investment professionals, consolidated portfolio view for the investment committee, and executive summary for the board. We design all three levels.
